When it comes to success in any arena or endeavor, the first thing to determine is whether or not those you are associating with are team players. One of the many traits that I have learned and embraced during my formative years was the importance of team work. From participating in sports & through my career in the Army Security Agency in the early 70’s, I have molded the concept of team work into all corners of my life.

As graduate of the Albers School of Business at Seattle University, with a degree in Marketing, I bring fresh and new ideas to the marketplace. I began my successful sales career with Spider Staging Scaffolding in 1979 and held positions as a salesperson, Branch Manger, Regional Sales Manager and Vice President Sales and Marketing. I've continued my successful sales career when I entered real estate in 1989 with John L. Scott.  I became an Associate Broker in 1999 and my production in closed transactions resulted in being recognized and included in the John L. Scott “Presidents Club" for many years.  In 2006 I wanted to resume my career in management and training so I purchased the John L. Scott office in Des Moines from the John L. Scott Corp.

I have been active in coaching youth sports for over 40 years.  I have coached baseball for South Highline Little League, Burien Pony League, and American Legion and for 5 years at Evergreen High School. In addition to baseball, I've coached basketball for the Boy’s and Girl’s Clubs in California and Southwest King County, as well as the Des Moines Rec League. The skills I have learned and developed from coaching over these 40 plus years have been a valuable asset to not only my career but also to those I've coached and trained in the business world.

Along with my fellow brokers at John L. Scott Des Moines, we support many local activities and charities, such as the Ronald McDonald’s House, and work diligently for the success of the community and the local businesses.

My family have been residents in the Normandy Park area for 26 years and enjoy the all that Southwest King County has to offer its residences.
